Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

PaymentClient must pay for the down payment (40%) after the sketch is fixed.
100% Payment is made after I send a preview for the finished commission
Payments via Sociabuzz & PayPal (IDR / USD) or Bank Transfer (IDR Only)Process
Commissions will be done in 1-2 weeks (could be faster)
You might add some alternative to body parts (i.e. size differences or additional objects) without changing too much the normal version.Sketch = Fix = No More RevisionPlease be patient. I'm working as fast as I could. I will ask if I encounter problems while working on your commission.Only small adjustment(s) such as changing color tone can be done after your commission is finished.CopyrightI, as the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing.
Therefore, I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
Promote myself within any places or websites.
To display or post it wherever I like.
Client is allowed to:
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only, unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art for themselves, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.
The following is considered Copyright infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Altering the artwork without the artist´s consent.
A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will be 200% of original price.
With commercial rights you are allowed to:
-Make money like merch with the artwork.
-Use to your liking and promote your own brand with.
-Credit to the artist is still required for usage of the artwork.

Bust Up : IDR 250k / USD 20
Half Body : IDR 300k / USD 25
Full Body : IDR 350k / USD 30
Each alternate costs IDR 50k / $5
(can be more expensive depending on the level of detail of the character)
